great spot for city strolls and nearby parks

I loved how close we were to the Merced Multicultural Arts Center and Applegate Park Zoo, making our walks enjoyable and filled with interesting sights. while the bathroom was surprisingly clean and the outside was nicer than expected, it's worth noting there was some noise from a neighboring tenant.

I enjoyed my stay at San Joaquin Motel during my road trip in the U.S. The kind manager accommodated my needs, and I appreciated the clean bathroom despite the room showing some age. Had a great time with friends! We visited Yosemite and Sequoia, and the motel was a budget-friendly spot. The rooms were cozy, and the outdoor area looked nice. The manager was super helpful, which made our stay even better.

One downside was the tight parking lot. it was a hassle when all spots were full.
